Refund policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, KAREN-ANNE CHERWONOGRODZKY have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact me at kacherwono@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, KAREN-ANNE CHERWONOGRODZKY will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that KAREN-ANNE CHERWONOGRODZKY can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, if you choose, make a separate purchase for a new item. Please note that many of my items are one-of-a-kind.
Refunds
KAREN-ANNE CHERWONOGRODZKY will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Both initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item over $50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. KAREN-ANNE CHERWONOGRODZKY can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
KAREN-ANNE CHERWONOGRODZKY have tried my very best to give very accurate descriptions of my items so hopefully no refunds are necessary.
